The Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is a valuable and well-used facility in our school community. It is overseen by OSHC Management Committee and is part of the P&C Association. The centre Coordinator is Roxanne Fitzgerald, with Holly Braithwaite as Educational Leader and Ellenie Marshall and Rhiannon Jones as Co-Business Managers.
The senior staff are fully qualified and the majority of other staff members are studying at university in education or education related courses. Staff have current first-aid and CPR certification and these are updated annually. All staff hold a current Blue Card.
The centre provides before and after school care during school terms, on pupil free days and in vacation periods. The centre closes for two weeks between Christmas and New Year annually.
The before school hours are 6.30 am to 9.00 am and after school hours are 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Pupil free days and Vacation care hours are 6.30 am to 6.00 pm.
The centre offers a fun and stimulating program for children of school age and is a community service which also caters for children from other local schools in the area. The centre has been assessed under the National Quality Framework as satisfactory. Children must be enrolled at the service to attend.
Sub-Committee meetings are held once a term, details are emailed to OSHC parents - All Welcome.
